早春のシャッドパターン

ハイ。みんな元気にしていたかな？最近のレイク ビワは釣れているようだね。今日は秋に効くキラーベイトを紹介しようと思うよ。これは私がプロデュースした小型のシャッドプラグ。名前は「ラッキーシャッド」というんだ。ラパラのシャッドラップ７番をそのままプロファイルさせてもらった。今日ではシャッドラップは低水温期にはなくてはならないアイテムとなった。とくに ミシガンエリアでは良く釣れるルアーでもあるんだ。

アクションはバルサ製を追求したが、素材はプラスチック樹脂で成形してある。プラスチックの恩恵は１００％ もたらされている。とにかくタフなアプローチにも絶えきれる素材で製品化する事が条件だった。全体的なフォルムとこのリップはロックエリアのボトムなどでも対応できるようにデザインした。そして内部にはラトルも入っている。特に早春のウッド周りでのラトルは劇的に効く時があるんだ。早春＆低水温がキーワードだ。

このルアーの潜行深度は２.１〜３.０メートルに設定してある。プラスチック素材の為に自重があり遠投が効く。そしてアクションはタイト＆超スローフローティングに設定。板オモリシンカーを貼る事でサスペンドにも調整可能だ。ちなみに私は早春期ではこのルアーをジャーキング＆トゥイチングでも使用するよ。カラーは全部で１２種類を用意した。カラーについての説明は以前のコラムで紹介したから時間がある方はどうぞ。[記事] みなさんも水温低下時にはストライクキング社 ラッキーシャッドを使用してみてくれ。以上、ケビンバンダムでした。

　hi, kevin vandam here again with you and we’re with the guys from Michigan outdoor news. you know right now I’m down Kentucky Lake it’s the fall of the year and I’ve got a brand new bait from strike king that is really going to be a killer in our area back at home. it’s prime time for right now.

this is the new striking lucky shad. it’s a you know you can see it’s a small profile metal type bait very similar to a shad rap shad raps always been a really good cold water bait in the Michigan area it’s a lure that you know a lot of the sub cut fish on.

one of the advantages here to the strike king bait is that it’s plastic. you know we fishing around a lot of grass and stuff I want to bake that’s going to be durable the other thing that I really like about this bait is it’s got a very unique building design. you can see it’s it’s kind of angle again so it really deflects off the rocks in the bottom differently you know then shad rap wood and it’s got a good rattle in it you know a lot of times I want to bait that’s that makes a noise especially early in the spring and that in that cool water situation a rattling bait like that really can make a difference.

this bait is designed you know just to run that 7 to 10ft zone it’s very much about the same size as a number seven shad rap it’s got a very tight action to it may cast real well-being plastic it’s a little bit heavier one of the things that I found with it too and then we really worked hard on this in the design is that it has a very slow rise to it so it almost suspend the colder the water that you’re fishing in the closer it is to suspending so if you do want to make it to spend takes very little weight to get it to that point it makes a great jerkbait to you know fishing a lot when I’m real down stopped and started twitching a little bit it’s got a great action to it and again.

it comes in two colors that really catch fish in our area you know you’ve got natural colors the natural crawfish perch bluegill that’s what our fish feed on so those are those are my favorite colors without a doubt but we also have all the shad colors the Chrome’s and things like that so i’m gonna show you a close-up of all the colors this is the brand new strike King lucky shad. definitely a bait you want to try the Coldwater time of the year is coming right now and then first thing in the spring that’s one lucky and at its best. strike king lucky shads.
